I might vote for Bonney.
In Gear 5th, she scales far above Hybrid Lucci in AP and what makes it even more dangerous for him that every hit would manipulates his age, meaning she’s landing full power attacks on a version of him whose durability could be reduced to that of a child or an old man. That’s a massive hax advantage Lucci has no counter to due to Nika powers and Bonney's own Haki.

Stamina is Bonney’s biggest drawback, but even then, by the time she runs out of her transformation, Lucci would already be worn down to the point of almost losing. Once in base, Bonney’s Devil Fruit still gives her strong wincons by directly lowering Lucci’s stats beneath her own. Her hax makes sure that she doesn’t need to match Hybrid Lucci blow-for-blow in order to win.
Lucci is a lot more linear. His kit revolves around raw physicality/lethality through Rokushiki techniques, which Bonney has experience fighting through Cipher Pol members like Alpha. Bonney’s Nika-Like Transformation (not Gear 5th) not only significantly amps her AP but it’s also spammable, which would allow her to pressure Lucci.
Even if she can’t outright overpower Hybrid Lucci for long, she doesn’t need to since she just needs to drag him down to base, where she has the advantage. Overall, Bonney has better hax, better wincons, and more versatility in this matchup, while Lucci’s gameplan is comparatively straightforward.
