I don't really know how to interpret the Existence Erasure on Morgana's profile. If the profile is done like the way I think every profile should, everything listed after "Resistance to" should be resistances but I've seen way too many examples of pages where they're abilities rather than resistances.

Anyways as I said here, Dragon Ball High-Tier Low 2-Cs have an AP advantage over Morgana as they have their scaling chain but a level or two above them.

Persona Low 2-C scale:

Yaldabaoth (God of Control) stomps Morgana (And those who scales) who stomps Phantom Thieves who as a collective won against the Holy Grail Holy Grail (Seemingly Baseline)

Meanwhile the Dragon Ball Low 2-C scale is (For Beerus anyways):

Jiren (100%) superior than (At first) 3rd UIO Goku who's superior to Beerus who's superior to Hint of True Power Jiren who stomps GoD Toppo who is superior to SSBE Vegeta who's slightly superior to SSB Kaiokenx20 Goku who'd stomp Casual Jiren who stomps and massively held back against 1st UIO Goku who's superior to Infinite Zamasu Infinite Zamasu (Baseline).

Or Beerus (100%) who's superior to Hint of True Power Jiren who is superior to Kefla SS2 Berserker who can 1-shot 2nd UIO Goku who is superior to Casual Jiren who toyed with 1st UIO Goku who's superior to Infinite Zamasu.

Either way, Dragon Ball is either a step above or a few steps above Morgana in AP.

And a lot of Morgana's attacks seem to be wind-element based and are elemental attacks, which Beerus could likely negate either with that skill he used in Battle of Gods or a counter Hakai.

And as smart as Morgana is, he seems to be fairly limited to Human Martial Arts and the like and I don't really see an indication that he was a sheer master at everything like Batman or something. This is important since Beerus seems to specialize in Pressure-Point based martial arts and is more than willing to use it. And unlike Morgana who's intelligence section specifically notes Human Martial Arts, Beerus' Pressure Point attacks work on many different species for some reason (Namekians, Saiyans, and humans. Even if you consider Humans and Saiyans to be similar enough, Namekians are literally slug people).

So all in all, I'll really have to go with Beerus even if Morgana resists EE as it's not the only tool Beerus has.

Just a correction, Morgana is on the same level as the Phantom Thieves. He doesn't stomp them.

Regardless, I agree. Beerus wins mid-high difficulty. Morgana can last a long time simply with Diaharan, but he can't compare to Beerus' AP.

Honestly, the Persona series isn't a great match-up for Dragon Ball overall. The normal Phantom Thieves don't have enough hax to go up against high-end Low 2-C Dragon Ball characters to make up for the AP difference, while characters like Ren and Yaldaboath have so much that it becomes unfair in the other direction.

What if I switched out morgana for Elizabeth or Margaret ? They are a lot more hax than morgana, but not to the point where it stomps Beerus. At least it seems that way.
