King Ghidorah scales to baseline Universal+, Dusknoir is the strongest of the three future heroes and fought against a Primal Dialga that sustained the flow of time with its heartbeat, so Dusknoir has the AP advantage here.

Is this Dusknoir with his optional equipment? He is more versatile if that's the case, but I don't think Dusknoir's hax can affect 4-D beings (Primal Dialga is 3-D like Dialga's other avatars).
