Lots-o'-Huggin' and Huggy Bear have quite a lot in common despite being over a decade apart. Both are teddy bears, both took over a particular building (Sunnyside Daycare for Lotso and Andy's House for Huggy Bear), and both serve as main antagonists from their respective appearances (Toy Story 3 for Lotso and Toy Commander (Dreamcast game) for Huggy). There's a major difference between them, however. Huggy is a military leader, but he and his generals often provide fair challenges to Andy. The worst Huggy and his generals did is flood Andy's house, and even then the floods are temporary. Huggy would eventually feel wanted again after his rebellion against Andy and would provide support for Andy once he's defeated.
Lotso, on the other hand, is a complete ASSHOLE! He is willing to basically kill off toys if they so much as spill the beans about his true colors and hates children with a passion ever since Lotso got replaced with another Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear. Good god...
I personally doubt Huggy would fall for Lotso's manipulation since Huggy is a leader like Woody and Buzz were in the Toy Story series. That being said, well... The only rule I have here is Speed is Equalized. This is because it is pretty hard to identify Huggy's speed. Yes, there are bullets and missiles in the game, but these are toys we're talking about, so it would be very unwise to compare any of the ammunition in Toy Commander to real ammunition, especially when the missiles and bombs were shown to be office supplies.
That being said, who would win?
