Dude, what? GER is passive as well (or automatic?)

Even with passive, doesn't mean the opponent can instantly win. It depends on the power. But yeah passive gives big advantage.

And we go back to square one, does Genm have passive or something?

RtZ isn't a passive.... he above baseline infinite speed (that means he above instantly aka passives). if we equalize speed then no passives or speed advantage

Not really, Genm doesn’t really have a passive. But trying to interact with a Bugster without any sort of bio/disease resistances is a one way ticket to the doctor’s room.

Other than that the way that he might be able get out of GER shenanigans. 1. Hyper Muteki, basically a hyper Invulnerability making him immune to all damage / “debuffs” for a short period of time. The “debuffs” in question is basically every single abilities that Genm has and could have. 2. Save Energy Item which might works since this is an anti-Reset which is basically “undo everything I don’t want to happened, somewhat” but maybe after the Ex-Aid revision. I always felt like Restart was less of a time rewind and more undo event than anything. 3.NLF as **** but Genm straight up create his own resistances/anti-causality manip game. Wouldn’t be surprise if he created one considered that he take a second to create Cosmic Chronicle (universe reality warp/concept manip/physic/laws etc.) and Mighty Novel X (Plot Manip).

Other than that. Is there anyway for GER to actually kill Genm?

short question: does it have any resistance to causality manipulation? can undo causality manipulation?

Muteki doesn’t have resistances. It’s invul grant user pseudo resistances. You either hit hard enough/hax hard enough to goes above the thing pay-grade OR hax them before they activate Muteki. Genm have only 10 seconds of it max tho.

I don’t know how his rapid aging is supposed to work against Genm who blatantly have immortality type 1 and slew more of them on his profiles.

We don't know if RtZ is passive or not, but doesn't really matter here if Genm doesn't have any passives. Since the dude has immortality, GER can't really kill him. All he can do is RtZ all his attacks.

Do we even know how he uses it? From what I gathered, most people think that it only works when the target is in an infinite death loop. You could ask Chariot though if you want.

Didn't asked directly, but i was in a post on vsbw general, and at point me and another guy was curious on that stuff, and he asked to chariot, so the "Nullifing stuff" (empatich manipulation i guess) is actually a thing that report you to another state because of will. example: goku SSJ2 will get returned to his base form
 
If he were a machine life manip would transmute, but i really doubt it would work against a being made of data.
