Looking for a Deadpool Issue

hey everyone,

since we are in the middle of revising the marvel feats i try to evaluate deadpool dodging lightning

the feat in question is this

however one single panel alone gives me no clear indication how legit this whole thing is. i tried to find the issue and information however apparently i fail to find it for now

anyone helping out with giving me the name of the issue would be highly appreciated!

Found it. Its "Deadpool (2008) #18. I was able to find an upload of the comic too, the feat is in th middle it seems.
