"Anne AP: A bit below 34.05 megatons
2B AP: Minimum: ~7.2 megatons Highest from calc (that's not 7-A): ~87,9 megatons
So, with this I will establish two rounds (the sad thing is this will become invalidated when the downgrades arrive, but oh well).
In the first round, Anne has a sizable AP advantage. Let's start with that scenario:
2B is weaker: Will get this out of the way first since this would've been her biggest advantage: According to her profile, Anne power null's "paranormal powers". I don't think this will work to null 2B's type 8 (if it does, she might win after a long fight).
2B is very fortunate to have that resurrection in this scenario, along with her HUD's that will tell her how pretty outclassed she is in physicals. This works wonders alongside her Invulnerability+Damage Reflection (those 6 seconds would also save her from danmaku, I believe) combo. Because by being Invulnerable, Anne's own damage reflection is effectively nullified (if it worked in the first place, since it only reflects energy blasts according to the profile).
Her profile doesn't say how well her healing is, so I won't comment on it.
Anne's best bet to win this scenario is her spatial manipulation if she goes pure physicals, although her transmutation might work wonders (will 2B's resurrection activate if she is transmuted?).
However, being stronger (along with not being capable to put 2B permanently down) works against her here. Because 2B's attack reflection benefits from it, while time slow helps her if Anne tries any of the spatial and transmutation. (Unless 2B's has to constantly update the memory thing for her other selves to know, which might net Anne her win via constantly keeping her out of combat).
Essentially, this scenario is a battle against stamina for Anne."
^After that point I read the thread, lol.
