Lobo vs Godzilla

Lobo has no means of killing Godzilla aside from travelling to the time when he was just born (which goes into unknown territory due to being a composite character with many conflicting backstories) and Godzilla's only way to kill him is absorbing his soul after repeatedly trying to nuke him to hell and back.

I vote Godzilla high-diff, he has the ability to kill Lobo, can tank, adapt, or shield block most Lobo's attacks, and has enough hax to make Lobo's durability seem null and void.

Lobo's immortality is the only problem here. Even if he doesn't feel so good over and over because of a giant lizard shouting at him, he'll still come back because nobody wants him in the afterlife. He can't really do anything about Godzilla, but Godzilla's options are also greatly limited.
