As an example, let's say there's a character who is consistently portrayed as being barely able to tank attacks from characters that are 9-A, but this same character also happens to have an innate resistance to Explosion Manipulation, and only takes a small bit of damage despite being in close proximity of a detonated hydrogen bomb. Would the character's durability be listed as "9-A physically, 7-B with Explosion Resistance," or should this feat just be listed in the P&A, or both?
