I want to make a bracketed match of 14 characters in this tier. Can some of you recommend characters that aren't too haxed? I plan on equalizing Speed so, that isn't a problem.
By not too haxed, I mean recommend characters where, people like Sasuke Uchiha (Who will be the Only Naruto Character in this) will still have a "conceivable" chance of winning against another character and vise versa. Characters that are far superior can be recommended so long as they have a 5-C version.
