Basically according to this, getting hit by a semi-truck ramming at full speed is good old Wall level+ instead of Wall level. Given that this is an early and common feat, this should apply to everyone in the verse except Lisa herself ironically.

Given that someone needs to only be 1.6 times stronger than this feat to be 9-A, everyone who is currently rated "At least 9-B, possibly far higher" should be upgraded to 9-A.
