I think Link would outlast due to two types of immortality. Link has resistance to Existance Erasure and Transmutation. While Mettalia has Existance Erasure, she isn't resistant to it herself so an Ancient Arrow is probably enough to end her.
However, Mettalia is Non-corporal. If the Lens of Truth or the Trifroce can deal with her being Non-Corporal, Link should take this.

Link kinda gives zero craps about non-corporeality, as he can kill ghosts with a friggin wooden sword ovo

Then Link should take this easily. Ancient Arrows, Light/Silver Arrows and Master Sword should be enough for Metalia to be scared.

He could just seal her incorporeal form in the Master Sword.
