One of my friends is dead-set on thinking that Force Choking can kill any being no matter of their durability or whether they are higher dimensional. I get that this is a No Limits Fallacy. What are the true limits on the Force Choke and can it negate durability?

Force Choke is basically just a focused application of Telekinesis, it only applies to the strength of Force abilities that the Force user is capable of. It doesnt negate durability but there are Force techniques similar in function that do, such as Force Kill which crushes internal organs or Force Wound which applies pressure on the heart or lungs which causes them to collapse

Not exactly, Ki users generate Ki from their own bodies through training, whereas Force users dont generate the Force themselves, the Force is a thing that exists apart from a Force user that the force user draws power from

Well internal organs still have durability, so saying it negated dura firever is still wrong

@Wok I thought we considered internal attacks dura negation unless the target's organs have feats of being as durable as they are?

To a point, but someone in like gigafoe 4-B won't be hurt by 4-Cs hitting their organs and stuff. They're not as durable but not infinitely so, otherwise basically any sort of mace could instantly kill people in the same spots

You don't quite need to damage the organs through raw power to negate durability, but simply clogging up their blood and respiratory systems is enough. Bloodbending does negate durability and so does poison. We don't assume stabbing people in the chest with a sword negates durability, but brain tumors still do.

Force Choke is admittedly one of the more overrated Force abilities tbh, especially when compared to mind hacking, possession, ect.
