Has Zeref shown feats to kill or harm people inside the time stop grey area?

Zeref's Ankhseram Black Magic changes his mental state with time making his thoughts, feelings and actions contradictory, the radius is short, and Lille Barro likes to snipe from afar. Has it shown to harm intangible beings?

Zeref is without any doubt able to kill Juvia (essentially water logia) as she was relieved that she was out of range when he killed Zancrow (IIRC) so it can harm intangibles.And no Zeref never shown any damage to time stopped people. But if he is superior of Dimaria who apparently can do it the answer is quite simple. Zeref can always resort to use Lulaby instead of Death Predation (it was his creation after all so he can use it without any dobut and only thing preventig from doo if during plot is the fact that it wasn't belonging to him during the arc it was sealed). Additionaly FT have at least 3 ice users who can insta freeze..

He takes Round 2 for sure. In Round 1, he might be able to be beaten. Brandish can shrink his heart but that's if she'll do that before she gets sniped. But she still has a chance since IIRC, his intangibility only activates when he has been in danger three times. Dimaria might also be able to win due to her time stop.
