Because both of them snipe. The fight takes place in Archer's Reality Marble but assume there are a lot of buildings and stuff you'd find in Fuyuki City, or any normal city. They start 500 meters away from each other. Archer has knowledge about the X-Axis.

Hmmm I'm inclined to vote for Lille via the X axis and his intangible forum and there's not much Archer can do to change that.

Base Lille can only become intangible after opening his second eye three times. I gave Archer knowledge so he would know to try and finish him off before doing that. Archer can probably trace Diagramm, but do you think he'll be able to use the X-Axis?

I'm gonna go with Lille with reasons stated above, especially if vollstandig is allowed. Why would projecting Diagramm allow archer to use the X-Axis? It is part of his Schirft not his spirit weapons IIRC.

I wasn't sure. If Archer is able to use it, I'll remove knowledge for him but it should be fine for now.

Also, Vollstandig isn't allowed. I don't think Archer would have any hope then.

Lile takes this, even without Vollstandig. The X Axis essentially removes dodging the shot as a possibility, meaning Eye of the Mind (True) has to react to his pointing his weapon itself, adding a step of difficulty. Rho Aias is useless here, as it's an anti-thrown-weapon Noble Phantasm, and X Axis is essentially a hitscan weapon that deletes everything in the line.

I'd say UBW gives Emiya a shot, but that's not quite as quick as the point-and-click X.
