My reasoning based off of what the two have displayed looking at bones battle with zoro we can see he has more cutting power than he does and would likely be able to pierce his defense's and top that with his low amount of stamina he wouldn't be able to dodge for long.

Das Bones for the reason above and I don't see Lie cutting through his steel.

Ren's abilities would do him very little in this type of match-up.
Daz has the ability to make any part of his body into a blade and he has displayed resistance to slicing attacks. Ren's only chance is to rely on his ranged attacks, because when this becomes a close-quarters fight, he'll be held at a severe disadvantage.
