Again, not sure how this will go, in terms of AP, they are similar, but then Waine's Shield is an absolute danger that can block essentially a ton of Wayne's projectiles and can just help Waine power through most attacks, Wayne's Thunder Pulse can possibly work to put a stop to Waine, since its regular (not magic) electricity, but I'm not sure if that fits in the catagory with magic or not in STRW's verse. While Wayne has his MagneWatch, in this key, it's use is limited, after using it, he would need to wait for it to automatically recharge (recharge rate depending on how long he used his watch). Basically, in a head on fight, Waine has pretty dangerous advantages, even if Thunder Armor / Arc comes into play to punish him for attacking up close.

Wayne however, has strategy, range, and versatility as his main advantage. Since Waine would have to charge straight forward to deal any damage, this gives Wayne more time to plan out moves. His Shot Types, Elemental Mods, Trajectory Mods for his gun give Wayne a lot of options, especially using the environment to his advantage to his from unexpected angles (Homing, Bounce, Reflect, Crawler) or have more control over the battlefield in general (Blue Shield, Red Orb, Purple Web), it's just that straight forward shots may not work. He may be able to take it as long as he is wary of his opponent's attack strength and it's Magic Reflection / Nullification abilities

Not sure if purely technological attacks would be "Magic" in STRW though
