Well, she resists the heat part of it pretty easily and should experience only discomfort from the eye stuff. I think her just breathing it only would have the most effect, but i think she will avoid it anyway due to sensing that it's coming and use her barrier or flying away from where they shoot it.

She will be frustrated though and use Queen Bee Pink Torrent (energy tornado slicing them all up) directly under whoever is using the mustard gas.

Yeah, she would sense something is going to happen before it does and can react accordingly. She's just way more potent than the other bees, even Swarm, since her wand gives her way more options to attack. She's the queen and easily carrying this colony in battle

Queen Bee Big Buzz should also give her enough time to defeat the rest before they can hit her with Amnestics if they managed to get that close anyway, and she would sense any sneak attack before it would occur. Big Buzz would also blast anyone close away with shockwaves
