This actually means the old birds will be upgraded to 9-A, as they cannot be killed from being run into by it, and the company cruiser can destroy trees. so thats fun.

Yeah, any non-one shot entity scales to 9-C, possibly 9-B unless they have lore/explainations that'd get them into a different tier despite the lack of a one-shot (like the sapsucker)
