Lesser Dog's Neck Extension

What would the dog's neck elongation bring to battle? Would the "plunging into unknown depths" act as some sort of multi-universal range feat? (Probably not)

But shouldn't the neck elongation factor into his attack range at all? Assuming he can rapidly manipulate the length of his neck, allowing him to perform a JoJo-esque ORAORA with his head? That was kind of an exaggeration. But I do believe it should give him some range.

At best it would be a few kilometer range given that his head apparently reached the clouds. But it doesn't seem feat-worthy at all.
