If your opponent starts moving so fast that they can travel the entire Earth in 0.2 seconds, I think anyone is going to be shocked and confused. Even more if you're someone who is fairly dumb.
Another potential thing is that Suisei have more than enough LS to rip apart her surroundings and use them as weapons, throwing items or diversions.
If the chanisaw's noise is the issue, she also has a flail.

Forgot her Flail. I need to say I doubt she would go first think for trowing objects sinse her only time "Fighting" was whem she threatened someone with her chainsaw. SO she probable more of a meele fighter?

as lesser dog is either 40.8 Kilojoules or 64 Kilojoules but it doesn't matter because of soul hax thing.
