+ spider senses would basically negate her use the cardboard train to get close to and atack (thanks to the alread talked a lot in other threads, fact she can't use It and have her hands free at the same time)

and yes, she may have superior LS but this end up as a case of "could a character that can't fly break free of TK while up in the air if they have LS advantage?" the awnser is no

Hum... wait, I just notice a possible erro on his calc. The bricks them selfs where not destroyed, so It should only be used the Ap to fragmentate the concreate that holds them (similar to the Velma show feat)
