Izuku by better reflexes and range, Deku's quirk which is a wind strike punch will eventually knock down Leon easily. I mean Deku does Deleware Smash, It's a rap.

It's a little tricky with this one, as while Leon is more experienced, used to dealing with crazy shit, and using lateral thinking to overcome problems (like Deku), Deku only needs to hit Leon once and he's dead. Unless Deku has a lot of experience dodging projectiles, I'm voting Leon
