I don't know if leatherface could cut Springtrap with his chaisaw, but if he can't, then I would go with Springtrap.

Depending on the type of chainsaw, most of the time Spring trap would win. Sure, the saw would cut a few cm into spring trap but when it gets stuck, what then? Springtrap is stronger and has a nice juicy opportunity to just snap leatherface's neck off
