6-C - Kuroka from DxD (if im not mistaken she is said to have the largest bust in the cast, it could be maybe a tie with Akeno doe, there is also "the best breasts in heaven" that should be bigger though the character is not in the wiki)
8-C - Akeno Himejima
High 7-C - Rias Gremory
High 8-C and Low 7-C - Stella Vermillion (or Yubelluna for high 8-C)

2-A is most likely Homura Akemi since we count cup size in general, not in proportion to the body, and Akuma Homura is as large as an infinite multiverse.
