The statues mean nothing since multiple manufactures can make them and the sizes vary, the two Hinata statues are day and night in size, thus not a reliable measurement.

Also, Stocking is pushing her hand into her breast, thus she is pushing it up as well.

They dont have official sizes but there are a lot of guestimations with Stocking consistently being estimated to be around an F cup, with a 98 being the closest to an exact number we have
