Large size type 10 and Immeasurable speed

There are tons of characters who have this size and exist outside linear time but don't have immeasurable speed, see shinza as an example

You need to move through time using speed only to get that not exist outside it.

Yeah, that is not Immeasurable speed, as "Being upper dimensional" isn't evidence that those dimensions are spatial dimensions.

Yeah, it would similar to how it's possible for Tier 11 characters to be just as fast as humans.
