Finn was seen breaking is ice on a regular basis. Even if it is stronger, it's not THAT strong. And even if it is - you've got yourself Ice King stuck in unbreakable ice dome until the end of time. Veeery helpful for him /s

Anyway, voting Ice King still via invisibility, H2H (seeing as Lapis got poofed by Bismuth, Ice King could punch her to death lol), and while their aquatic abilities cancel out, Ice King's air manipulation gives him a decisive advantage
