Physical EE is physical EE. Plus there are soul destroying spells anyhoo, so that much doesn't matter much.

> This spell instantly slays the subject and consumes its remains (but not its equipment and possessions) utterly. If the target's Fortitude saving throw succeeds, it instead takes 10d6 points of damage. The only way to restore life to a character who has failed to save against this spell is to use true Resurrection, a carefully worded wish spell followed by Resurrection, or miracle.

And

> True Resurrection

> You restore life to a deceased creature. You can resurrect a creature that has been dead for as long as 10 years per caster level. This spell can even bring back creatures whose bodies have been destroyed, provided that you unambiguously identify the deceased in some fashion (reciting the deceased's time and place of birth or death is the most common method). In addition, the subject's soul must be free and willing to retur. If the subject's soul is not willing to return, the spell does not work; therefore, a subject that wants to return receives no saving throw.

That... doesn't really negate my point. Physical EE is physical EE.

Oh that's what you meant. Yeah, it destroys your physical body.

Once again, giving DnD people a hilariously wide array of hax resistence.

yeeep.

D&D resists everything. Timehax? ez. EE? no worries m80. Mindhax? baby stuff. Having your soul ripped out? psht. Even causality hax via being able to resist Wish.
