Well since Kuuga has been accepted as 5B, so yes, in Kuuga's profile there is no scan that can support for his tier, so the scan that you bring can be useful as supporting feats to validate Kuuga's Ultimate capability.

It's literally saying that if Ultimate Kuuga going all-out, he would destroy the entire world (Earth).
