D's durability varies according to how much energy she's using, she most likely was using not a very high amount of energy at all because she was casually at her home and both her and Kumoko were aware that Kumoko couldnt kill her, in fact, Kumoko stated that D could obliterate her in a blink of eye if she wanted to, Kumoko isn't even close to D's strength during volume 10.
