I wonder why Kriemhild Gretchen has a key 5-B and not a key 3-A/low 2-C? yet he declares that as much hope was needed to create an entire universe and that there is so much despair to end the universe, Gretchen is the of all the despair of madoka's wishes and as much despair as the "dose of hope" it took to create a universe, the desperate is powerful enough to put an end to it

It is not really a hyperbole. Gretchen is all the despair in not only universe, but the entire Multiverse. However, that Gretchen has not displayed her full potential yet, which is 2-A far above Goddess Madoka. Hence why she has "Eventually become at least 2-A" in her profile.

Althogh that pics makes me thinking, how the hell Homura didn't turned into AoC while being that close to UKG?

That character showed 2-A feats later on. It isn't hyperbole.

The reason this wasn't accepted is that UKG hadn't fully grown yet.
