He was very explicit that the paradox caused by the Chronotron was going to affect the space-time. This was mentioned during throughout the chapter. so it should be Low 2-C with prep :nn
 
Kowalski should be Wall level, as he kept up with an elephant and can break all the bones of the neck with a single flap of his wing very easily, which is also Wall level.
