Note 1: Black RX is Black's upgrade form, Acrobatter is also Battle Hopper's upgrade form, that means he still retains all of his previous powers and abilities (except those with Road Sector).

Note 2: Despite him having 3 forms as RX (base RX, Robo Rider and Bio Rider), they would be in the same key, because he can instantly change his form and it doesn't affect much of his AP.

-Can recover from injury instantly under sunlight

Tiering
His tier would be At least 5-B, possibly much higher

Due to him was able to tank entire planet explosion and survived without having a scratch (and possibly much higher because scaling from his previous self).

His speed would be Massively FTL, because he easily travel from Demon World to Earth, the Demon World is another planet which resided in Demon Space.

Other Minor Revisions
Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form is also comparable to Agito who scaled to Overlord of Darkness who creates constellation (High 4-C).

Kamen Rider Decade (Violent Emotion) is comparable to Kuuga Ultimate (High 4-C).
 
looks nice but immunity is NLF so resistance will be nice also biorider should have just transmutation he is changing himself into liquid so no matter and water manipulation.
 
Travel form one planet to another = Massively FTL

Crisis Ship is destroyed, there are no Acrobatter and Ridoron, that means he's travel by himself to earth.

His Ultimate Form are At least 6-A, possibly 5-B, which he never done such feats. But if scale to Decade, his 6-A possibly 5-B tier would change to at least 5-B

What do you want? 6-A possibly 5-B or at least 5-B?

Kuuga 5-A also needs to change tho.

Agito - Kuuga is related series .

Rising Ultimate Kuuga at least around Planet - Star level .

I suggest you better finished Agito before tried scaling to Kuuga and Decade .

Also we can list how many Agito ability and feat .
 
I finished Agito, I think we can scaling to Kuuga and Decade now, the only thing that can be scale here is AP.

Overlord has many hax I agree, but I think Kuuga and Decade didn't need that feat.

By the way, why is Planet Megahex's tier is unknown? The name is literally "Planet" Megahex, and his body is literally a planet.

By the way, Tsukasa reality warping is belong to his entire existence, so I think we should add 2-C to all of his keys.
 
Gaim planet around edge of universe . Since we see him appeared on many kamen rider series like Ex Aid - Ghost movie and Build - Ex Aid movie his speed should around MFTL ( This feat is off-screen ) .
