2nd round Xavier have cerebro and the Komeiji sisters are outside of the institute.

Speed blitz in round 1, and Koishi would escaped his grasp long enough to blitz him in round 2.

Though, physics wise, unless his brainwave could go FTL, no way he could catch them in general.

They speedblitz regardless of the round. Assuming speed equalized, he shuts down the older sister easily, but loses badly to the younger one.

Technically. She close off her concious mind, so not only that she can't think conciously, she can't even exist in the concious of others unless she's right before them, and even that would fade away, like seeing a pepple on the side of the road.

And that not to mention their physiology is different from human. So unless Xavier could control even spirit, he would find a hard time even reaching their mind.
