Edit: I just saw Kobeni has High 8-C dura with her suit so Miwa can't actually one shot, but i still give it to her due to higher AP and Simple Domain

Miwa isn't one shotting with her sd either. Yuji easily avoided a strike from it, Kobeni acrobats should be enough here. Also Miwa needs both feet on the ground to keep it activated, Kobeni combatting her will make that impossible and deactivate it. Besides that, Kobeni can ragdoll Miwa here with Class 5 LS or grab her sword and take it away from her.

.So Large building. I guess Miwa doens't have any AP feats to damage that. Though looking at it comes for dress. I can see Miwa only chances are cutting Kobani head or hands which are exposed.

That made her unable to swing her sword again, why would she pull that here? Maybe she could reveal how SD works but that doesn't do much.

Just as a last resort in a desperate effort. That's just an option when she gets pushed to her limits, but has no way to bypass her durability (but now that I checked, it's large building level, so I don't think BV can bypass that).
However, I can see her aiming for the head or hands, which are 9-A.
