Knuckles vs Son Goku

Goku pretty much outskills and destroys Knuckles in CQC along with being a higher level of 4-B.

So my vote is on Goku for now.

Looks like you've downplayed Knuckles' skill for some reason but yeah, Goku APstomps.
 
What meaningful skill feats does Knuckles have?

Goku has more experience, has trained in various martial arts since he was a child, can read and preempt the movements of martial artists with more battle experience than him(such as Tao Pai Pai) and he did all this before he knew ki/emotion sensing.

Goku definitely owns in CQC.
 
Toei Goku is scaled above baseline. He doesn't scale to megafoe as it was deemed an outlier.
 
I'm not sure which one is "more" skilled but you make it out as if Knuckles is just some street brawler....

As a guardian, Knuckles received combat training from his father at a young age and is capable of going toe-to-toe with people who trained in martial arts their entire lives.
 
Goku is still more skilled as he has actual feats of skill compared to just "trained in combat as a kid" (which is already quite standard for OG DB characters whom Goku outskills)

Predicts with his eyes closed, can read and preempt the movements of a skilled assassain as a kid, knew what Tien was doing without even looking and can sense malice. And including Toei feats, he can predict movements by reading his opponents breathe. Goku definitely has the skill advantage and by a wide margin.

Goku is a bit above baseline as base and even higher as super saiyan.

Predicting attacks and having great reflexes isn't something out of Knuckles' ballpark....

Knuckles also has Reality Warping and Memory Manipulation, so how will Goku counter these?
 
Maneuvers around death traps from numerous directions, detects movement beyond his line of sight, can sense hostile intent, can detect invisible beings, began his training at age three, has outfought Mammoth Mogul who has thousands of years of experience, dead-equal with Sonic who is listed as a combat/tactical genius that is capable of outfighting multiple martial artists.

Knuckles accesses his Reality Warping Powers by manipulating Chaos Energy, and they'r relatively in-character (as in, there was an entire Arc dedicated to him using such powers).
 
The only actual feats for Knuckles you have presented is standard dodging projectiles, which to be frank, is unimpressive on such a level. "Combat genius" is a vague term by itself without any feats. King Choppa in DB was described as a martial arts genius who has trained for his whole life but was easily disposed of by kid Goku. And combat experience in itself means nothing without feats (again). And hell, as a kid, Goku eventually outmatches Karin who is over 800 years old. Goku has a better, longer and more comprehensive skill scaling chain and overall more impressive feats than just dodging projectiles.

Andif this is SSJ Goku, He oneshots.

Knuckles FRA btw, I didn't realize this Goku was a weaker 4-B than other Gokus.
 
This is a AP stomp, but Knuckles definitively doesn't get outskilled that easily, he was trained since a child and os a martial arts master, plus fought people with alot of years of experience
 
Wow.. so Knuckles wincon when they were assumed in the same ballpark was memory manipulation and reality warping which (as described by Maverick) are "in-character" but as soon as Goku gets the AP advantage... it has been revealed that they are hardly used. There's definitely dishonesty here. smh.

Well, it seems Maverick's sentiment directly contradicts yours. And since other Sonic Knowledgeable members agreed with Maverick sentiments, by FRAing his reasons, I'll just consider it in-character for now and continue counting votes.
