Having one shot worthy AP is also meaningless to a guy who fights Vash the Stampede who frequently spams dura ignoring black hole bullets.

Knives takes this in a borderline stomp, he'll never come close to Knives before he teleports and haxes him to death.

And before I go "Is that in character" Its the first thing he did, and before I get "Well there's context" which is true, he doesn't need to lead with it to win.
