Whats the wiki's accepted average tempature of outter space?? For right now, currently the profiles of the saints do have an exact measurement that is directly stated in the manga, but that is for "Average" cloths that were (not) bathed in the blood of a gold saint or a god +the 7th sense. With those mentioned their resistance is considerablely higher for Cold Tempatures.
