Hmm Kirby has a lot of stuffs but I'm not seeing any resistance to MaouHaki fear which means auto-soul hax from Rimuru. AP is not a factor to Rimuru tho. I'm not sure on this one but can Kirby deal with Mid-Godly?

How about the sleep (faint or knockout) and confusion part of MaouHaki? If Kirby resist that, this is a fair match not gonna lie since Rimuru has Dura Negation and his own absorption too. The only issue is the Mid-Godly from Rimuru, does Absorption negate Mid-Godly?

Not really, it depend on feat; some characters can negates it while others can't.
