The tree can't move that fast by itself, it needs someone to cut it down (outside help), and it also likely dies when that happens (unless there's some tree that can live after being cut down, who knows?).
The fastest it can grow is 10 centimeters per day, that's extremelly slow, I'm pretty sure that even if we apply the mass of the biggest tree in the entire planet, the kinetic energy would still be around 10-C. So, yeah, 10-C tree =/= seed.
