Location: The wasteland Goku and Vegeta fought in. Kirby starts at the same spot Vegeta was at in that fight, and Goku is standing at the same spot

I'm pretty sure this is a skillstomp unless Kirby has some really good hax.
 
Unironically, Goku can probably end up getting succed + GGS. Goku starts with CQC and Kirby likely end up leading with it.
Goku has no LS so it's highly possibly that Kirby succs GGs.

Also Kirby has Immo types 2 and 3 so it'll be pretty hard to kill Kirby here. Kirby also has the option to just... Inhale again and just delete him.

Ehhh going with Kirby, Mid Diff.

His immortality allows him to survive part of his body being removed while using Cutter, however he can still be knocked out. Goku is also not going to kill Kirby, though I feel like its self-explanatory so I will only elaborate if someone needs it

Like McFriesGuy said, Goku could brush off the inhale if he isn't caught off guard

I'm voting Goku for now.

If Kirby can't even succ him, then I think he'll probably just Super Smash Bros Kirby even if weaker due to the skill difference.
 
Gonna note that while Kirby prob isn't as good in raw hand-to-hand, he is still pretty skilled. Even in this key, he has already repeatedly defeated Meta Knight, who is constantly stated to be a high-class and master swordsman. The skill stuff aside, there's nothing really stopping Kirby from using his hax on Goku to take him out. If Kirby can't suck up Goku, he can absorb him via contact or beam him with copy. Kirby can use most of his copy abilities on will, so even though he starts with Jet here, he can switch to a different ability whenever, this should let him do things like reflect any ki blasts with Mirror, transmute Goku with Cook or Magic, instantly encase him in ice with the Ice ability, etc.

I think I'm leaning towards Kirby right now, but I'll wait for any counterarguments.

The absorbing via contact is done by Kirby in his ball form. Kirby in literally every other appearance doesn't use that ability, instead he only copies abilities by inhaling them. I'm pretty sure Kirby will just get Fighter Kirby from Goku anyways, so his power copying isn't something that will take Goku out

This is true, but its worth mentioning he doesn't have all the abilities on him at all times, otherwise his Inhale would be kinda useless. He also sticks to just 1 copy ability per battle in RtDL when picking a copy ability at will, and he only does that in those Copy Ability rooms. Also, its hard to say just what abilities he would use since he has a shit ton, like for all we know he could just go Wheel Kirby or Bomb Kirby, abilities that don't grant him that much of an advantage, instead of using the ones you mentioned.

In character, it seems like he would be more willing to continue fighting as Jet Kirby until Goku knocks the ability out, and once he loses it, he might re-absorb it, or just absorb a ki blast and get Fighter, or attempt to inhale Goku and fail. I don't doubt that he might pull out random abilities at will sometime during the fight, so your argument is still valid
 
As for Goku, his win cons are more simple. His punches won't do significant damage, but they might stagger him or send him flying due to Kirby's weight. Kirby is also a baby so his attacks could get interrupted even though he's more durable and stronger than Goku. Goku can grow stronger during the fight, but is it enough to cover the AP gap? I don't know, but its possible. And if he whips out Kaioken (idk if he will in character, given he's fighting a baby and not Ginyu/Nappa + the fact that he won't kill Kirby), he might be able to knock Kirby out

For now, it looks like Kirby's win cons (superior AP + the stuff koopa3144 mentioned) are more likely to happen, which is why I'm voting Kirby
