Richter was stated at the time to be the most powerful Belmont in existence by Alucard himself, and this was before Julius came in to steal that title. The way I see it, Alucard has an AP advantage here with the scaling. And top it off with the slew of weapon crashes he has with the shields that can do a plethora of abilities, his alucard sword being shown to do a teleport strike to surprise attack his foes. He'd likely takes this rather efficiently.

Cool, but that was just a notable way to point out the some of Kirby's AP. After defeating Magolor he was able to beat the following:

(In Planet Robobot) A superior version of Meta Knight (someone comparable to him)<<A superior version King Dedede (same)<<A superior version of that superior version of Meta Knight<<Someone presumably stronger<<A machine with many forms, one of them being afraid of Kirby and claiming he has infinite power.

(In Star Allies) An amped version of Dedede<<An amped version of Meta Knight<<3 General Sisters, each superior to the previous one<<His leader and..

He was ultimately able to harm some god by himself while needing help to beat him overall, said being was superior to all others characters and was made of dozens upon dozens of the things that were individually amping Dedede and Meta Knight. He can also beat some dude who is superior to the leader previously mentioned and someone said a lot to be "the strongest warrior in the galaxy".

Also, the Sphere Doomers' feat is somewhat better of what it looks like. The fixed parts are always a fraction of a level you go through for a while, the background full of stars isn't a static one.

It's also a projectile, instead of an undodge wave. Even if it was never dodged that should be noticed, the Notable Attacks/Techniques describes it decently.
