this is a thread, to lower the speed from Kirby, because if Kirby walks with this speed, shouldnt everyone in the Kirby universe be this speed? if no, this is the thread to downgrade kirby's speed,

I-I don't want to begin to describe everything wrong with this.

Though I guess I deserve this pendulum treatment . When you push for Kirby upgrades as much as I do, the Pendulum effect kicks in and then threads like this happen ovo.

Well,seeing your logic,that means that we have to downgrade Goku to human speed because we see goku walking un Earth at same speed like a regular-human

When you walk you go at the speed you want,anyway its Game mechanics,if you could in a Kirby Game run literally at 1 quintillion times speed of light the game would be horrible,reaching final boss in 0,1 seconds and wouldnt react to attacks,so this has no sense.

While you can scale Kirby's walking speed to everyone else's speed, keep in mind that Kirby has speed feats that vastly exceed the speeds that you are proposing.

For example: Kirby at one point was able to fight this guy, who is moving way faster than the walking speed you are suggesting at.

Kirby also has this where his warp star was able to travel from the end of the galaxy to Pop Star in a short period of time, which means that he should be able to perceive things while literally moving at speeds way faster than light.

We generally use Combat Speed as the standard speed category. Considering Kirby is still in full control while flying with the warp star, it still scales to his combat and reaction speeds; especially when he can trade blows with Meta-Knight while moving at such speeds.

Anyway, considering that downgrading Kirby below 4-A or MFTL+ speeds are kind of an exausted topic, shouldn't we close this thread?

To sum this up: The reason that Kirby's speed is rated the way it is on the wiki instead of being derived straight from gameplay is that Kirby has speed feats (or scale to characters who performed these speed feats) that are much higher than what the OP is suggesting.

The OP is free to ask me questions whenever he wants, but it's best that this thread be closed.
