Kirby and his Soul?

So, I discussed with Eficiente about the fact that Kirby can exist without his soul except that he is never indicating this, so I would like to know if this is true or not.

The "Heroic Heart" from Mass Attack was never confirmed to be his soul.

You called? It's indicated in Mass Attack, as his "Heroic Heart" is akin to his soul. Azzy and I talked over this, btw, and came to this conclusion. He can survive easily without his soul in his body, but if it's destroyed, bye bye Kirby.
