Regarding Norrin tho, there is the fact that

1) Mjolnir that he wielded was Old King Thor's

2) We see 10-C like Jane Foster became 4-B with it, so the increase with Norrin was definitely more than linear

No, Mjolnir is well established to simply add Thor's power to whoever wields it, whether that is Beta Ray Bill, Jane Foster, or Volstagg.

Old King Thor had the Odinforce added to his own power.
