We have this feat performed by Killua where he moved 1/6 of the speed of his lightning, reaching approximately Mach 30. This does scale to Gon, since this happens during the start of the Chimera Ant Arc, where they had around the same combat speed.
This is proven by the fact that Killua nearly got his eye cut by a guy during the Greed Island Arc, which later Gon was easily able to keep up after a few days.
