Even with Round 1 or 2, Scenario 1 ONLY, Funny Valentine still holds waaaaay too much of an advantage, why?
Because he doesn`t have conflicting desire.
His ONLY desire is-Making America the best via Love Train.
Not only that, but his movement speed is superiour(Superhuman, unlike Kihara who is only Peak Human and higher only with UL exploder to launch herself) and reaction speed being WAAAAAAAAYYYY superior than hers, and that is WITHOUT A FREAKIN` STAND(alowing him that even if she used her UL exploder to surpass his Superhuman speed, he will simply use his stand to defend himself or something)

WHATEVER scenario OR round, Valentine WINS
