Kid Goku's 21st budokai ozaru durability

Goku's 21st Budokai durability says its higher with Ozaru because he took master roshi's kamahamaha but was knocked out. I would like to point out he was not knocked out by the beam he was out because the moon was destroyed which is what reverted him back. I was wondering could someone fix that.

Isnt Roshi's Kamehameha an outlier anyways? If so then why are we even using it period, let alone as a justification for Kid Goku's durability?

I believe its not an outlier but I got to go by the site and your right since it is an outlier it should just say higher with ozaru.
