Kick Buttowski Speed Upgrade

Kick Buttowski was capable of cycling fast enough to set the foot walk beneath him on fire. Which as far as I know, should give him hypersonic speed.

There's also a subsonic bit feat for Kick. In case the above proposal gets rejected, this can still be used upgrade his current rating.

Not an experet, but I'm pretty sure you can't assume his movement speed is equal to his cycling speed

Well, it was done when Kick was a toddler, so his current self should be somewhat comparable...that make sense?

While I believe Hypersonic speed looks fine from a glance, looking at it a bit more makes me contemplate whether or not it should be considered such speed due to being executed via friction with the ground rather than friction with the air itself (Which, IIRC, requires you to be moving at Mach 5 to execute), so it might require a lower speed.

Likewise, Subsonic speeds as per the video below it are fine for now.
